Craig has always had a keen interest in all aspects of sports and health. He played semi-professional football for Sydney Olympic FC in the NSW Premier League. Craigs approach to Physiotherapy is very hands-on. He believes that in order to rehabilitate an injury, there must be a strong focus on manual therapy backed up by a specific and tailored exercise regime. In his time off Craig is training hard in the gym or at the track so that he can lead by example. Craig believes that health is a life long commitment and not just a fad.
