Seated passive thoracic rotations
What you should feel?? When performed correctly, you will feel a stretch in the low back and on the sides of your body.
Instructions:
- Seated in a chair with your knees together
- Twist and place one hand on your chair and one hand on your knee
- Gently pull and push with your hands in order to passively rotate the thoracic spine
- Continue to alternate sides
- You should twist to your maximum comfortable range

- Thoracic spine

This exercise is used mainly to gain more mobility of the lower back, especially in rotational movement.
