V sit-ups (Strength)
What you should feel?? When performed correctly, you will feel the muscles in your abdominal region working. You should not feel any pain in your lower back.
Instructions:
- Laying on your back with your arms straight above you
- Fold your body from your midsection keeping your arms and legs straight
- Try not to throw your upper body, rather lift it in a controlled manner
- You should feel this in your abdominals
- Continue for the agreed amount of sets and reps

- Abs
- Core
- Hip flexors
Main benefits:
A V sit-up is a challenging exercise for your midsection (abs and trunk flexors). This can be used to improve strength in the midsection including your hip flexors for certain rehabilitative reasons.
